Shipping policy
I use Australia Post for all orders unless you are able to pick up from Bayles. Unless your order is very small, all items are tracked through the Australia Post website. Tracking on small items can be registered for tracking upon request.
If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks I will assess the situation and replace the item without question.
In the checkout you will have the option of 3 things:
1. Normal Mail is usually 3-6 days
2. Express Post 1-3 days (Express relates to postage time NOT order processing time)
3. Pickup from Bayles
Please understand we are not responsible for delays by Australia Post.
