What is the current status and estimated time of arrival for my order, including any updates on its progress?
- New orders are estimated to take around 8-12 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.
- This will be affected by type of jewellery availability or keepsakes ordered.
- Your jewellery will often be ordered from the UK or Canada and if it is a custom or gold order you need to allow 4-6 longer. Often this time is lower but working on worst case scenario is best.
Please consider this before messaging asking if there is any progress or update on your order.
Have sent my inclusions - will you tell me when you receive them?
- We do endeavour to quickly message you when we receive inclusions in the mail. Log in here to My Orders to check your order status
- Keep your tracking number so you can see for yourself when it's received.
How do I send you my elements, ashes/hair/cord etc?
There is lots of information regarding this under INCLUSIONS & General Info in the main menu.
Basically, you can choose to send your elements or arrange to drop off. Please ensure they are in containers and or secure ziplock bags with your name and order number on them. They can be posted to Harris Wood Creative Studio, PO Box 2, KooWeeRup Vic. 3981. Australia.
Can I order in time for someone's birthday/wedding/holidays?
Sometimes! It will depend on a number of factors including other orders waiting, whether your desired piece is in stock or not and the time frame.
Rings are often required to be ordered in your particular size as it’s not possible for me to stock all sizes in all styles.
Pendants are often in stock but not always so pendants have a better chance of a quick turnaround but not guaranteed. If I don’t have other items to order from a supplier it may not be possible to order 1 or 2 items or the shipping is prohibitive for a small order.

Can I send you a photo of what I want?
You can send a photo but it’s not possible to copy another artists work and also because of the huge variation in the colour and texture of the hair, ashes and cords we are sent every stone will be unique. No piece will look alike.
The photos on our website and social media are examples of pieces we have made for clients in the past.
Our photos are not a menu to choose what you want from but rather an indication of how you’d ideally like it to look.
Can I see a photo before you send it?
We usually do send a client a photo via messenger to be approved or request changes.
