It can be laborious reading through the given information at times I know, but because your order is incredibly important please do take the time to read this. Harris Wood Creative Studio cannot take any responsibility if a problem occurs and you haven't read these. You are asked to acknowledge this when finalising your order.

JEWELLERY

All jewellery is designed & carefully crafted by jewellery artists in the UK (unless otherwise stated) and the stone is then personally created by Kathy in our workshop in Australia (Victoria) using extremely hard wearing, waterproof resin that is guaranteed to never go yellow with normal wear avoiding harsh chemicals. Necklace with pendants is optional unless otherwise stated.

SOLID GOLD OPTIONS

If GOLD is unavailable & you want to look at this option, please ask Kathy for a quote and a custom order can be created for you sending this to your email address if you go ahead with the order. You are not held to ordering gold after asking for a price.

INCLUSIONS

Information regarding sending your chosen inclusion (Ashes, Breastmilk etc) can be found below.

CUBIC ZIRCONIA (CZ) JEWELLERY ITEMS

If your chosen jewellery item includes Cubic Zirconia stones, you must read the page found at the following link HERE before ordering. When you order, it will be assumed you have read it.

COLOURS

Lots of information on making your choices found at this link. After reading that page your colour choices and other effect choices can be listed in comments or discussed with Kathy personally so that creation of something truly special is then crafted for you. Don't forget the Galleries (see next section).

GALLERIES - IDEAS/CONCEPTS

Please look through our various website galleries in the main menu for some ideas or concepts for your stone creations. Screenshots of any of these or images off the net can be sent to Kathy as part of your talks on your desired outcome. Each stone will be unique with the final outcome.

TURNAROUND

Please understand turnaround of your order varies according to jewellery availability and also current orders in place. Most rings will need to be ordered in in your size unless in stock.

In view of this please allow a minimum of 8-12 weeks unless otherwise discussed. Made to Order items and gold items require additional 4 weeks minimum due to manufacturing and Assay Hallmarking as determined by British Law.

PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE ASKING HOW YOUR ORDER IS GOING.

***When you place an order it is your responsibility to read these notes pertaining to all jewellery items.

GETTING YOUR INCLUSIONS TO ME:

You can organise to drop off or post your elements. I suggest for peace of mind to choose a tracked option for postage. DO NOT SEND ALL YOUR ELEMENTS in case something does happen to those that were sent or dropped off.

Ashes - 1/4 teaspoon for up to 2 rings DO NOT SEND ALL YOU HAVE.
Breastmilk - send a sachet or 10ml. It can be frozen and even though it may arrive defrosted, it is okay for us to freeze again. It doesn't matter how long it has been in your freezer even if it is years, it is still usable. It can be safely posted or dropped at to Bayles.
Hair & Fur - just a small amount. Make sure you send only a little and keep at least half behind of what you have. I can work with a very small amount.
Other elements - discuss with Kathy.

You can choose to drop off your elements to Kathy at Bayles if you wish. Chat with Kathy about the details.

If you send us your elements, please ensure everything is double ZIPLOCKED bagged and your name and order number is on bags so there is no chance of mixing up elements. Please also ensure you have Aust Post TRACKING on your envelope or packaging - this is important for your peace of mind.

Remember if you have questions, keeping in mind that turnaround is a minimum of 8 weeks from when we receive your inclusions, please contact Kathy on Messenger on Facebook or Instagram. You can also call on 0414687407.

Harris Wood Creative Studio is run by solely by Kathy Smith to ensure every order is looked after the way she wants it.

Process

Full respect and care is given to each and every order to ensure there are no mixups of inclusions. Everything you are sent will include your order number on it so you can rest assured there'll be no mixups.

Any leftover inclusions such as ashes and hair will be returned along with any sample items created for preference choosing. These can be used in other items at the time if you choose.

If sufficient is supplied, 5mls of your milk will be stored in our freezer and remaining preserved milk powder will be kept in case it is needed again in the future. Excess liquid breastmilk is not returned.

Kathy Is trained in Reiki level 2 and whilst she's not a practitioner of Reiki, the basic knowledge of placing positive healing energy into her work is important to her and all work is completed in an intuitive manner.

If possible please send a photo online or with inclusions, of the relevant people for Kathy to focus on whilst creating your jewellery.

Aftercare

You will receive instructions on how to care for your beautiful pieces we create for you. It is imperative you follow these instructions. These are not meant to be everyday wear items and should be removed before showering etc.
