Once your order is placed, I'll be in touch to discuss your vision — including your preferred resin colour, any flowers or meaningful materials you'd like incorporated, and any other personal touches. Every bird is created in close collaboration with you to ensure it reflects your loved one perfectly.

⏱️ Timeframe & Care

Turnaround is generally 8 weeks from receipt of your inclusions, though this can vary depending on current orders and my life and family circumstances. Your bird should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from extreme heat to preserve the resin and inclusions over time.

📦 Delivery & Inclusions

Your memorial bird will be carefully packaged and sent with tracking Australia-wide. You can post your inclusions or arrange to drop them off at Bayles. Any remaining inclusions will be returned to you with your finished piece.
