Design Guarantee

Only applies to engraved boards and plaques. Contact must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. The original item needs to be returned to My Creative Stuff in as new condition before sending replacement.  Fair and reasonable communication must be made to ensure design is approved.
**My Creative Stuff reserves the right to deny this guarantee if given cause.
